The Children’s Wish Foundation Fundraiser

The Children’s Wish Foundation is hosting an all day fashion extravaganza fundraiser on Wednesday, October 19 at the Canad Inn Polo Park.  The day will be topped off with a gala dinner and full fashion show.  The emcee for the event will be none other than the fashion guru of Fashion TV–Jeanne Beker.  Great Finds of Winnipeg is joining in the fun and hosting a retail booth at the event.  We’ll have scarf tying demos all day and everyone will receive one of our scarves in their gift bag.   We’ll help develop your creative side with all kinds of fashion ideas.  So if you want to experience a truly fashion fun day, join Great Finds on Wednesday, October 19 and help support a truly worthy cause.

The Crown Jewels Convention

The Crown Jewels Convention was held in Brandon in September.  More than 300 Crown Jewels attended the 2-day fashion bonanza.  Great Finds was there to share in the fun with tons of exciting treats for all those dynamite women who are Crown Jewels.  See you in Regina in 2012.

Community Fashion Events

Over the past few months leading up to Christmas, Great Finds’ staff were out and about in Winnipeg providing fun and entertainment at several community fashion events.  Thanks to those who invited Great Finds and to those who attended and made these events so successful and fun.  At Great Finds, we really enjoy and encourage community participation.  So if your organization would like to book an event, call us right now at 253-1338 or e-mail us at  grtfinds@mymts.net.  We’d love to do a fashion show, do a demonstration of scarf tying and discuss other  fashion ideas.
